Ceux-ci seront r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s pour la pr\u00e9paration de p\u00e2tes de fruits!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<p>pour 7 pots<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 kg de pommes (reinettes id\u00e9alement)<\/li>\n<li>1,7 kg de sucre cristallis\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de Vitpris Alsa (d\u00e9sol\u00e9 pour la pub&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>2l d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>1 noix de beurre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Laver puis couper les pommes en 4 ou 8 morceaux selon leur taille sans les \u00e9plucher<\/li>\n<li>Les faire cuire \u00e0 couvert dans une casserole contenant l&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e9rifier que les dents d&rsquo;une fourchette s&rsquo;enfoncent facilement dans la chair et arr\u00eater la cuisson<\/li>\n<li>Sur un tamis au-dessus d&rsquo;un saladier, \u00e9goutter les fruits sans les presser<\/li>\n<li>Peser 1,5 kg de jus et verser le jus dans la bassine \u00e0 confiture<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer dans un bol 1 sachet de Vitpris avec 3 cs de sucre<\/li>\n<li>Saupoudrer le jus avec le Vitpris en remuant<\/li>\n<li>Portez \u00e9bullition pendant 2 minutes au moins sans arr\u00eater de tourner<\/li>\n<li>Incorporer peu \u00e0 peu le sucre et le beurre s&rsquo;il y a de l&rsquo;\u00e9cume<\/li>\n<li>Ramener \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 2 minutes sans arr\u00eater de m\u00e9langer<\/li>\n<li>Mettre en pot \u00e0 chaud, visser et retourner les pots<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour une gel\u00e9e de pommes plut\u00f4t limpide, il faut bien se garder de presser les fruits.
