{"id":1005,"date":"2025-01-18T19:20:46","date_gmt":"2025-01-18T18:20:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/?p=1005"},"modified":"2025-01-18T19:20:46","modified_gmt":"2025-01-18T18:20:46","slug":"fondant-chocolat-et-creme-de-marrons","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/?p=1005","title":{"rendered":"Fondant chocolat et cr\u00e8me de marrons"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 oeufs entiers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500g de cr\u00e8me de marrons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100g de chocolat tr\u00e8s noir (minimum 70 ou 80%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 de beurre demi-sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 160\u00b0C<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire fondre le chocolat et ajouter le beurre, bien m\u00e9langer et laisser ti\u00e9dir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Battre les oeufs avec la cr\u00e8me de marron.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verser le m\u00e9lange chocolat\u00e9 dans les oeufs et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verser le tout dans un moule carr\u00e9 de 20cm de c\u00f4t\u00e9 chemis\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire cuire 30 minutes, laisser refroidir et mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servir frais car ce g\u00e2teau est bien meilleur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On peut servir en petites bouch\u00e9es carr\u00e9es de 2cm de c\u00f4t\u00e9 avec une boule de glace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce g\u00e2teau me fait penser aux g\u00e2teaux \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me de marron que nous mangions enfants.
