Id\u00e9al pour les f\u00eates de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e!<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1,5 kg de pulpe de pomme (reinettes id\u00e9alement) issus d&rsquo;un reste de pr\u00e9paration de gel\u00e9e de pommes (cf. <a href=\"\/?p=100\">Gel\u00e9e de pommes<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>4 sachets de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1,5 kg de sucre cristallis\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>2 sachets de Vitpris Alsa<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 verre d&rsquo;eau\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Passez au mixer la pulpe des pommes pour obtenir une pur\u00e9e bien homog\u00e8ne<\/li>\n<li>Verser la pur\u00e9e de pulpe de pommes dans une bassine \u00e0 confiture avec 1\/2 verre d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer les 2 sachets de Vitpris, le sucre vanill\u00e9 et un cs de sucre dans un bol<\/li>\n<li>Saupoudrer les fruits avec le Vitpris en remuant<\/li>\n<li>Porter et maintenir \u00e0 \u00e9bullition pendant 2 minutes en tournant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement<\/li>\n<li>Incorporer peu \u00e0 peu le sucre et reporter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition pendant 2 minutes en remuant sans cesse<\/li>\n<li>Couler la p\u00e2te sur une feuille d&rsquo;aluminium ou un plat et laisser s\u00e9cher une journ\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Le lendemain d\u00e9couper la p\u00e2te en petits d\u00e9s ou en b\u00e2tons et les rouler dans du sucre cristallis\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Ranger les p\u00e2tes de fruit dans une boite herm\u00e9tique en s\u00e9parant chaque \u00e9tage avec du papier sulfuris\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yeah, des p\u00e2tes de fruits!
