Elle est issue d&rsquo;une technologie dernier cri \u00e0 la suite des surnoms d\u00e9sobligeants (le fardeau pruneaux, etc.) qu&rsquo;avaient donn\u00e9 les consommateurs qui s&rsquo;\u00e9touffaient avant de pouvoir finir leur part&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 litre de lait entier (ou demi-\u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 oeufs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>115 g sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g beurre demi-sel fondu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g farine tamis\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 ml de rhum brun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gousse de vanille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 g de pruneaux d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9s (au choix)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faire ti\u00e9dir le lait et y faire infuser la gousse de vanille.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (thermostat 6).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un cul de poule (ou un saladier), m\u00e9langer au fouet les oeufs entiers et le sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Y ajouter ensuite le beurre fondu et m\u00e9langer encore au fouet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporer la farine en la tamisant au dessus du r\u00e9cipient et m\u00e9langer le tout pour obtenir un appareil bien lisse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verser le lait ti\u00e8de en remuant puis ajouter le rhum tout \u00e0 la fin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recouvrir le fond du plat avec les pruneaux en versant d\u00e9licatement l&rsquo;appareil pour \u00e9viter de les d\u00e9placer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfourner pour 45 min \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois cuit, laisser refroidir avant de d\u00e9guster.
