{"id":1035,"date":"2025-07-09T14:59:37","date_gmt":"2025-07-09T13:59:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/?p=1035"},"modified":"2025-08-06T08:41:14","modified_gmt":"2025-08-06T07:41:14","slug":"houmous","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/?p=1035","title":{"rendered":"Houmous"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On obtient facilement un houmous qui sera d&rsquo;autant meilleur que c&rsquo;est vous qui l&rsquo;aurez fait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>420 g pois chiches en bocal (sans additif ni conservateur)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gousse d&rsquo;ail d\u00e9germ\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 cuillers \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 cuillers \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cuillers \u00e0 soupe de tahin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 cuillers \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1,5 cuiller \u00e0 soupe de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Peler les pois chiches. Egoutter puis couvrir d&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de et brasser \u00e0 la main, les peaux vont remonter \u00e0 la surface.
