{"id":1053,"date":"2025-07-26T16:34:04","date_gmt":"2025-07-26T15:34:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/?p=1053"},"modified":"2025-10-06T17:48:53","modified_gmt":"2025-10-06T15:48:53","slug":"cantuccini-de-benedetta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/?p=1053","title":{"rendered":"Cantucci de Benedetta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Souvenir d&rsquo;Italie, j&rsquo;adore ces petits g\u00e2teux secs aux amandes, quand on commence \u00e0 en manger on a du mal \u00e0 s&rsquo;arr\u00eater&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 oeufs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g de beurre ramolli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 zeste de citron<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>9 g de bicarbonate (levure chimique)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 g de farine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 g d&rsquo;amandes non \u00e9mond\u00e9es l\u00e9g\u00e8rement torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mettre les oeufs, le sucre, le beurre, le zeste et le bicarbonate dans un saladier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commencer \u00e0 m\u00e9langer en ajoutant la farine petit \u00e0 petit puis les amandes lorsque la p\u00e2te devient plus consistante et m\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir un p\u00e2ton (rajouter un peu de farine au besoin pour s\u00e9cher la p\u00e2te).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rouler et p\u00e9trir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sur un plan pour obtenir une p\u00e2te plus souple.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En pr\u00e9levant sur ce p\u00e2ton, former des boudins de 2,5 cm de diam\u00e8tre et de la longueur ou de la largeur de la plaque et les d\u00e9poser sur une plaque allant au four.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuire 30 min \u00e0 170\u00b0C dans un four \u00e0 chaleur tournante (30 min \u00e0 180\u00b0C dans un four statique).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois cuits \u00e0 la sortie du four, couper des biseaux entre 1 \u00e0 2 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur et les remettre sur la plaque. Utiliser pour cela un grand couteau sans dent mais \u00e0 lame peu \u00e9paisse et s&rsquo;en servir \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d&rsquo;un massicot.
