{"id":15,"date":"2006-02-12T20:40:13","date_gmt":"2006-02-12T19:40:13","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2017-03-08T22:11:24","modified_gmt":"2017-03-08T21:11:24","slug":"croquettes-fin-de-mois","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/?p=15","title":{"rendered":"Croquettes fin de mois"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On peut en faire en d\u00e9but ou en milieu de mois quand m\u00eame!!<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<p>Pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 tranches de pain dur (100g)<\/li>\n<li>120ml de lait bouillant<\/li>\n<li>1 oignon<\/li>\n<li>1 branche de persil<\/li>\n<li>150 g de chair \u00e0 saucisses<\/li>\n<li>150 g boeuf hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>2 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>25 cl d&rsquo;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/li>\n<li>6 biscottes en chapelure<\/li>\n<li>sel, poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Emietter le pain dans un saladier, verser dessus le lait bouillant et laisser gonfler quelques minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter l&rsquo;oignon, le persil, les \u0153ufs, le sel, le poivrer, et passer au mixer pour avoir un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne et assez coulant.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter la chair de porc, le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9, et la chapelure bien m\u00e9langer au racloir.<\/li>\n<li>Former des croquettes plates (si elles sont trop collantes, ajouter un peu + de chapelure).<\/li>\n<li>Les faire cuire \u00e0 la po\u00eale dans un peu d&rsquo;huile, 6 minutes de chaque cot\u00e9 pas plus.<\/li>\n<li>Servir avec une salade verte.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On peut en faire en d\u00e9but ou en milieu de mois quand m\u00eame!!
