{"id":16,"date":"2006-02-12T21:11:41","date_gmt":"2006-02-12T21:11:41","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2017-03-07T21:14:53","modified_gmt":"2017-03-07T20:14:53","slug":"crevettes-marinees-grillees-au-barbecue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/?p=16","title":{"rendered":"Crevettes marin\u00e9es grill\u00e9es au barbecue"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une tr\u00e8s bonne entr\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re devant le barbecue, l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<p>pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg de grosses crevettes roses<\/li>\n<li>4 citrons non trait\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>3 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n<li>1 piment rouge<\/li>\n<li>1 bouquet de coriandre<\/li>\n<li>4 C \u00e0 S d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>10 cl de vin blanc<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 C \u00e0 S de graines de coriandre<\/li>\n<li>fleur de sel<\/li>\n<li>poivres (vert, noir, rose, blanc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Fendre la carapace des crevettes le long de la queue, sans la retirer.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre les crevettes dans un plat creux, les arroser de vin blanc m\u00e9lang\u00e9 au jus de 2 citrons, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olives, l&rsquo;ail pel\u00e9, la coriandre \u00e9cras\u00e9e avec 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poivres, le piment, la coriandre fra\u00eeche, et un citron coup\u00e9 en quartiers.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser mariner pendant 1 heure.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer un lit braises dans le barbecue, aligner les crevettes sur la grille et laisser les cuire environ 5 minutes, en les retournant et en les badigeonnant plusieurs fois de marinade.<\/li>\n<li>Saler les crevettes \u00e0 la fleur de sel, et servir avec des quartiers de citrons.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Une tr\u00e8s bonne entr\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re devant le barbecue, l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9.
