Que de souvenirs&#8230; Avec la semoule au lait, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait le grand classique des repas en soir de la semaine sur le th\u00e8me des laitages: une soupe et du riz au lait&#8230;<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<p>Pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100g de riz rond<\/li>\n<li>1 litre de lait entier<\/li>\n<li>70g de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>20g de beurre demi-sel<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de fleur de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Dans une casserole faire cuire le riz dans le lait pendant 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Puis hors du feu ajouter le sucre et le beurre demi-sel ainsi qu&rsquo;une pinc\u00e9e de fleur de sel (quand vous en avez).<\/li>\n<li>Laisser refroidir puis mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour servir frais.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le riz au lait!
