Avec une petite cr\u00e8me anglaise, \u00e7a peut le faire&#8230;<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>250g de chocolat 70%<\/li>\n<li>250g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>250g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>250g d&rsquo;oeufs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u00e9langer le sucre et les jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs, bien travailler jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange bien lisse et blanc.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer le chocolat fondu avec le beurre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange lisse et homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Verser le m\u00e9lange chocolat et beurre dans le m\u00e9lange sucre et oeufs petit \u00e0 petit en m\u00e9langeant.<\/li>\n<li>Monter les blancs d&rsquo;oeufs en neige ferme et les incorporer d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration.<\/li>\n<li>Verser la pr\u00e9paration ainsi obtenue dans un moule farin\u00e9 et cuire 20 \u00e0 25 minutes \u00e0 thermostat 6 puis \u00e9teindre le four et laisser refroidir le g\u00e2teau sans le sortir du four.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un g\u00e2teau qui n&rsquo;usurpe pas son nom.
