Une entr\u00e9e l\u00e9g\u00e8re leur \u00e9vitera de ronfler pendant la projection diapo&#8230;<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<p>Pour 8 personnes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g de faisselle<\/li>\n<li>2 crottins de Chavignol<\/li>\n<li>100 g de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse<\/li>\n<li>1 bouquet de ciboulette<\/li>\n<li>8 tranches de saumon fum\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>La veille, m\u00e9langer dans un saladier la faisselle, le ch\u00e8vre r\u00e2p\u00e9, et la cr\u00e8me afin d&rsquo;obtenir un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne et lisse.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter la ciboulette hach\u00e9e, m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li>Sur une feuille de papier aluminium, disposer les 8 tranches de saumon pour former un rectangle, puis \u00e9taler le m\u00e9lange au ch\u00e8vre sur le saumon.<\/li>\n<li>Rouler le tout sans trop serrer, puis placer au cong\u00e9lateur.<\/li>\n<li>3 heures avant de servir, sortir la roulade du cong\u00e9lateur, d\u00e9couper imm\u00e9diatement en rondelles de 1,5 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Servir en entr\u00e9e sur un lit de salade hach\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il y a bien longtemps que vous ne les avez vus&#8230; Faut dire que vos derni\u00e8res vacances ensemble remontent \u00e0 perp\u00e8te!!
