{"id":34,"date":"2008-04-07T22:05:02","date_gmt":"2008-04-07T21:05:02","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2017-07-31T13:27:47","modified_gmt":"2017-07-31T12:27:47","slug":"lasagne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/?p=34","title":{"rendered":"Lasagne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les Lasagnes sont \u00e0 l&rsquo;Italie ce que la Choucroute est \u00e0 l&rsquo;Alsace : un plat pour les r\u00e9unions de famille!<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>2 ou 3 oignons<\/li>\n<li>800g de viande de boeuf hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1 boite de tomates pel\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>1 litre de coulis de tomates<\/li>\n<li>2 feuilles de laurier<\/li>\n<li>herbes de provence, origan, marjolaine etc.<\/li>\n<li>sel<\/li>\n<li>poivre<\/li>\n<li>500g de plaques de lasagne s\u00e8che<\/li>\n<li>1 litre de <a href=\"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/2006\/03\/31\/bechamel\/\">b\u00e9chamel<\/a> (parfum\u00e9e avec noix de muscade et bouillon)<\/li>\n<li>parmesan rap\u00e9 (ou gruy\u00e8re pour les gueux)<\/li>\n<li>chapelure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Emincer les oignons<\/li>\n<li>Faire revenir les oignons dans l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>Une fois dor\u00e9s, mettre la viande \u00e0 revenir<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque la viande est revenue, mettre les tomates et le coulis, le laurier, les herbes et aromates, sel, poivre<\/li>\n<li>Laisser mijoter pendant 1h \u00e0 couvert afin d&rsquo;obtenir une sauce bolognaise qui ne devra pas avoir trop r\u00e9duit pour pouvoir bien mouiller la p\u00e2te s\u00e8che<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer la [b\u00e9chamel->art26]<\/li>\n<li>Garnir le fond d&rsquo;un grand plat \u00e0 gratin avec des plaques de lasagne s\u00e8ches<\/li>\n<li>Mettre de la sauce bolognaise sur cette premi\u00e8re couche de lasagne, puis de la [b\u00e9chamel->art26] et recouvrir avec des plaques de lasagne<\/li>\n<li>Renouveler l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration plaque, sauce, [b\u00e9chamel->art26] une \u00e0 deux fois jusqu&rsquo;en haut du plat en terminant par une plaque de lasagne qu&rsquo;il faut couvrir de [b\u00e9chamel->art26]<\/li>\n<li>Saupoudrer le parmesan m\u00e9lang\u00e9 avec de la chapelure sur la derni\u00e8re couche de [b\u00e9chamel->art26]<\/li>\n<li>Gratiner \u00e0 four chaud thermostat 7 pendant 25 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Servir chaud<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les Lasagnes sont \u00e0 l&rsquo;Italie ce que la Choucroute est \u00e0 l&rsquo;Alsace : un plat pour les r\u00e9unions de famille!
