{"id":37,"date":"2006-05-15T20:10:28","date_gmt":"2006-05-15T20:10:28","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2016-01-10T22:31:51","modified_gmt":"2016-01-10T21:31:51","slug":"cookies-au-chocolat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/?p=37","title":{"rendered":"Cookies au chocolat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un grand classique qui r\u00e9gale toujours les petits et les grands gourmands!<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<p>15 min<\/p>\n<h3>Cuisson<\/h3>\n<p>15 min<\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<p>Pour 45 cookies<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g de chocolat p\u00e2tissier \u00e0 70% de cacao<\/li>\n<li>250 g de beurre ramoli<\/li>\n<li>200 g de sucre roux<\/li>\n<li>375 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>250 g d&rsquo;amandes en poudre<\/li>\n<li>3 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de levure<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de vanille liquide (facultatif)<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 thermostat 6 (200\u00b0).<\/li>\n<li>Casser grossi\u00e8rement le chocolat en morceaux. <\/li>\n<li>Dans un grand saladier, travailler le beurre en pommade avec le sucre.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les oeufs, la farine, la levure, les amandes, la vanille, le sel et enfin le chocolat.<\/li>\n<li>Le m\u00e9lange doit \u00eatre bien homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Prendre \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe un peu de p\u00e2te en faire une boule grossi\u00e8re en la roulant tr\u00e8s peu de temps dans le creux des mains.  <\/li>\n<li>Disposer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les petites boules de p\u00e2te en les espa\u00e7ant de 4 cm environ sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie anti-adh\u00e9sive.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire au four pendant 12 \u00e0 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Sortir du four et laisser refroidir sur un plat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un grand classique qui r\u00e9gale toujours les petits et les grands gourmands!
