{"id":39,"date":"2006-05-11T21:09:15","date_gmt":"2006-05-11T20:09:15","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2017-03-05T22:13:46","modified_gmt":"2017-03-05T21:13:46","slug":"sangria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/?p=39","title":{"rendered":"Sangria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Attention: m\u00e9lange d\u00e9tonnant!<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<p>Pour 4 litres<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 bouteilles de vin rouge (1,5 litre)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 litre de limonade<\/li>\n<li>1 litre de jus de fruits orange\/passion<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 kg d&rsquo;oranges<\/li>\n<li>2 citrons<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 kg de p\u00eaches<\/li>\n<li>1 b\u00e2ton de canelle<\/li>\n<li>1 petit verre de Cointreau<\/li>\n<li>1 petit verre de whisky<\/li>\n<li>1 petit verre de Cognac<\/li>\n<li>1 petit verre de Triple sec<\/li>\n<li>sirop de sucre de canne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Pelez les fruits et mettez-les dans un r\u00e9cipient qui contient environ 5 litres.<\/li>\n<li>Versez le jus de fruit orange\/passion et le vin. Ajoutez-y le whisky, le Cointreau et le Cognac. Ajoutez le b\u00e2ton de canelle et m\u00e9langez le tout.<\/li>\n<li>Ajustez le sucre en fonction de votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li>Faites la sangria 48 heures \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance pour que les fruits et la canelle mac\u00e8rent dans le m\u00e9lange.<\/li>\n<li>Avant de servir, ajoutez la limonade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Attention: m\u00e9lange d\u00e9tonnant!
