A tomber \u00e0 la renverse&#8230;<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Temps de pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<p>: 15min<\/p>\n<h3>Cuisson<\/h3>\n<p>: 45min pour cette quantit\u00e9<\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2l de lait<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>75g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>3 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>25 morceaux de sucre (ou 2 dosettes de caramel liquide)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four thermostat 5<\/li>\n<li>Faire bouillir le lait avec les sucres et laisser refroidir un peu<\/li>\n<li>Caram\u00e9liser le moule \u00e0 charlotte (ou \u00e0 gateau de riz sans c\u00f4te)<\/li>\n<li>Battre vivement les oeufs entiers dans une terrine<\/li>\n<li>En continuant \u00e0 battre, verser petit \u00e0 petit le lait sucr\u00e9 chaud<\/li>\n<li>Reverser la pr\u00e9paration dans le moule caram\u00e9lis\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Poser le moule dans un plat creux (plus large d&rsquo;au moins 2cm et aussi haut que le moule) rempli d&rsquo;eau bouillante jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la hauteur de la cr\u00e8me<\/li>\n<li>Mettre au four thermostat 5 pendant 45min<\/li>\n<li>Laisser refroidir avant de d\u00e9mouler<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>C&rsquo;est la cr\u00e8me pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e des (grands) enfants!
