{"id":54,"date":"2006-05-14T14:34:03","date_gmt":"2006-05-14T14:34:03","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2016-01-11T23:33:49","modified_gmt":"2016-01-11T22:33:49","slug":"gateau-au-fromage-blanc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/?p=54","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teau au fromage blanc"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ti\u00e8de ou froid, c&rsquo;est bon tout pareil: c&rsquo;est frais!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<p>Pour 8 personnes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500g de fromage blanc<\/li>\n<li>200g de cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse<\/li>\n<li>100g de cassonnade<\/li>\n<li>4 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>2 sachets de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>60g de farine<\/li>\n<li>1 cuiller \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure chimique (1\/3 de paquet)<\/li>\n<li>1 zeste de citron<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>M\u00e9langer le fromage blanc, la cr\u00e8me fraiche, la cassonnade et le sucre vanill\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer ensuite les jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs.<\/li>\n<li>Monter les blancs en neige avec 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre enfin la farine et la levure et le zeste rap\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporer d\u00e9licatement les blancs en neige.<\/li>\n<li>Huiler et fariner un moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9 et y verser la p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 thermostat 7 pendant 30 min.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser refroidir, d\u00e9mouler et \u00e9ventuellement mettre au frigo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ti\u00e8de ou froid, c&rsquo;est bon tout pareil: c&rsquo;est frais!
