Alors pourquoi ne pas essayer de les faire soi-m\u00eame?<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1,8 litre de lait bouilli<\/li>\n<li>2 yaourts tr\u00e8s fermes (ou ferment liquide)<\/li>\n<li>12 gobelets de 17cl<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Mat\u00e9riel<\/h3>\n<\/ul>\n<li>une yaourti\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>un thermom\u00e8tre \u00e0 yaourt ou allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 100\u00b0 (en pharmacie)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>D\u00e9layer les yahourts avec 2 gobelets de 17cl de lait<\/li>\n<li>Verser le reste du lait que vous avez chauff\u00e9 pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange \u00e0 55\u00b0 (imp\u00e9ratif sinon au-del\u00e0 le ferment meurt)<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9partir le lait dans les gobelets pos\u00e9s sur le socle de la yaourti\u00e8re et fermer la cloche de la yaourti\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>Attendre 5h pour que les yaourts soient pr\u00eats<\/li>\n<li>Mettre des couvercles sur les yaourts et mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On ne sait pas trop ce qu&rsquo;il y a dans les yaourts du commerce et il devient m\u00eame difficile de trouver des yaourts tout ce qu&rsquo;il y a de plus normal.
