C&rsquo;est autre chose que le tout-venant du commerce, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dilu\u00e9.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg de cassis<\/li>\n<li>1 l de vin blanc \u00e0 14\u00b0<\/li>\n<li>500g de sucre\/litre de jus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Dans une jatte en gr\u00e8s, \u00e9craser les cassis \u00e0 la main.<\/li>\n<li>Y mettre le vin et couvrir.<\/li>\n<li>Remuer tous les jours jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la pulpe remonte (~3 jours)<\/li>\n<li>Passer le jus en finissant d&rsquo;\u00e9craser les cassis.<\/li>\n<li>Faire cuire ensuite ce jus apr\u00e8s lui avoir ajout\u00e9 500g de sucre par litre de jus jusqu&rsquo;au premier bouillon.<\/li>\n<li>Ecumer.<\/li>\n<li>Filtrer, mettre en bouteille, laisser refroidir et boucher (bouteilles \u00ab\u00a0canette\u00a0\u00bb rang\u00e9es debout sont plus s\u00fbres).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Une bonne recette de la cousine du Jura afin d&rsquo;ajouter une note estivale au vin blanc et au champagne.
