Une petite bouffe rapide au dernier moment pour un lascard qui se tape l&rsquo;inscruste&#8230;<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<p>15 min<\/p>\n<h3>Cuisson:<\/h3>\n<p>15 min<\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<p>Pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 blancs de poulet<\/li>\n<li>125 g de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<li>un sachet d&rsquo;\u00e9pices tandoori (Amora M\u00e9langes du monde)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Emincer les blancs de poulet.<\/li>\n<li>Faire chauffer une po\u00eble avec un peu d&rsquo;huile, y saisir le poulet. Les morceaux vont commencer ensuite \u00e0 rejeter de l&rsquo;eau, vider cette eau et laisser dorer un peu.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre tout ou moiti\u00e9 du sachet d&rsquo;\u00e9pices selon les go\u00fbts (plus ou moins fort).
