Juste quelques \u00e9pices, du sucre et du fruit.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2,5kg de potimarron (\u00e9pluch\u00e9 avec la peau : repr\u00e9sente ~80% du poids total)<\/li>\n<li>2,5kg de sucre<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses de vanille<\/li>\n<li>Cannelle<\/li>\n<li>1 orange ou 1 citron bio ou non trait\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Couper la pulpe du potimarron en petits cubes<\/li>\n<li>Peser le m\u00eame poids de sucre<\/li>\n<li>Laver l&rsquo;orange et la d\u00e9couper en fines tranches<\/li>\n<li>Dans un grand saladier, mettre en couches altern\u00e9es sucre \/ potimarron en finissant par une couche de sucre, sans oublier d&rsquo;y inclure : les gousses de vanille fendues, les tranches d&rsquo;orange et la cannelle<\/li>\n<li>Laisser mac\u00e9rer 3 \u00e0 4h : le sucre va fondre en extrayant le jus de potimarron<\/li>\n<li>Verser dans un bassine \u00e0 confiture<\/li>\n<li>Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition \u00e0 feu doux en m\u00e9langeant<\/li>\n<li>Laisser cuire pendant 1 \u00e0 2h \u00e0 fr\u00e9missement<\/li>\n<li>Remuer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et d\u00e8s que possible, \u00e9craser au presse pur\u00e9e les cubes de potimarron<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e9rifier la cuisson<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e8s que le m\u00e9lange \u00e9paissit, verser quelques gouttes sur une assiette froide : si elles figent imm\u00e9diatement c&rsquo;est que la confiture est pr\u00eate<\/li>\n<li>Mettre en pot et couvrir aussit\u00f4t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Point besoin d&rsquo;artifices pour cette confiture au go\u00fbt de&#8230; marron.
