{"id":67,"date":"2007-02-24T00:35:41","date_gmt":"2007-02-23T23:35:41","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2017-07-31T13:20:16","modified_gmt":"2017-07-31T12:20:16","slug":"muffins","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/?p=67","title":{"rendered":"Muffins"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;instant du th\u00e9.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>2 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>20 cl de lait<\/li>\n<li>125 g de beurre sal\u00e9 (ou normal + pinc\u00e9e de sel)<\/li>\n<li>120 g de cassonade en poudre<\/li>\n<li>100 g d&rsquo;amandes hach\u00e9es (ou noix, raisins sec, \u00e9corces d&rsquo;oranges confites etc.)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuiller \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure en poudre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Mat\u00e9riel<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 moule pour 12 muffins\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200\u00b0 (th.6\/7).<\/li>\n<li>Beurrez et farinez les moules.<\/li>\n<li>Faites fondre doucement le beurre dans une casserole \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais.<\/li>\n<li>A part, m\u00e9langez la farine + la levure et le gingembre.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez la cassonade et les amandes (et les fruits confits).<\/li>\n<li>Fouettez les oeufs et le lait dans un grand bol.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez-y le beurre fondu et m\u00e9langez.<\/li>\n<li>Garnissez les moules aux 3\/4 de p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n<li>Mettez au four pendant 20 min environ.<\/li>\n<li>Laissez refroidir 5 min avant de d\u00e9mouler.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;instant du th\u00e9.
