Le mascarpone est important car il va ajouter un moelleux que la chapelure seule ne saura apporter.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nPour 24 boulettes environ (8 personnes)<\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>500g de boeuf hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>500g de porc hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 oignon rissol\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>5 cc de tapenade<\/li>\n<li>le jus d&rsquo;un citron<\/li>\n<li>120g de chapelure<\/li>\n<li>2 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>2 cs bomb\u00e9es de mascarpone<\/li>\n<li>2 cc de lait<\/li>\n<li>4 cs origan sech\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>4 cs de persil frais cisel\u00e9 ou congel\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 cc rase de fleur de sel<\/li>\n<li>4 tour de moulin \u00e0 poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>M\u00e9langer le tout dans un saladier<\/li>\n<li>Former les boulettes en dosant \u00e0 une cs bomb\u00e9e et les \u00e9taler sur une plaque \u00e0 four anti-adh\u00e9sive et faire cuire le tout \u00e0 180\u00b0c pendant 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Une recette de boulettes toute simple (vous pouvez remplacer le persil par du basilic).
