{"id":7,"date":"2006-02-05T15:26:04","date_gmt":"2006-02-05T15:26:04","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2017-03-08T22:24:49","modified_gmt":"2017-03-08T21:24:49","slug":"calamars-a-la-creole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/?p=7","title":{"rendered":"Calamars \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ole"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vas-y Doudou dis-donc !<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<p>45 min<\/p>\n<h3>Cuisson<\/h3>\n<p>30 min<\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<p>Pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1kg de petits calamars<\/li>\n<li>2 citrons jaunes<\/li>\n<li>1 citron vert<\/li>\n<li>3 tomates bien m\u00fbres<\/li>\n<li>2 g d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n<li>2 oignons<\/li>\n<li>5 cl de rhum blanc<\/li>\n<li>5 cl d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>sel, poivre<\/li>\n<li>thym, laurier<\/li>\n<li>piment (facultatif)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Laver et couper les calamars en rondelles ou en lani\u00e8res, les mettre dans un plat creux. Ajouter toutes les \u00e9pices, et arroser avec le jus des citrons, r\u00e9server au frais 1 ou 2 heures.<\/li>\n<li>Chauffer l&rsquo;huile dans une sauteuse, y faire dorer les oignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s, ajouter les tomates pel\u00e9es et coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s, verser les calamars, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, rectifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement, couvrir, et laisser cuire 15 minutes \u00e0 feu doux. Il est important de ne pas y verser la marinade ainsi que le rhum, cela rend le tout beaucoup trop acide \u00e0 la digestion.<\/li>\n<li>Servir accompagn\u00e9 de riz cr\u00e9ole.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vas-y Doudou dis-donc !
