{"id":8,"date":"2006-02-05T15:33:08","date_gmt":"2006-02-05T15:33:08","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2017-03-08T22:20:53","modified_gmt":"2017-03-08T21:20:53","slug":"terrine-de-saumon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/?p=8","title":{"rendered":"Terrine de saumon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Id\u00e9ale pour l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9, elle rafra\u00eechira tous vos convives.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<p>Pour 8 personnes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>800 g de saumon frais<\/li>\n<li>5 c \u00e0 s de vinaigre \u00e0 l&rsquo;estragon<\/li>\n<li>100 g de cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de gel\u00e9e Maggi<\/li>\n<li>sel, poivre<\/li>\n<li>1 bouquet de persil plat<\/li>\n<li>1 tablette de court bouillon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Faire 1\/2 litre de gel\u00e9e selon le mode d&#8217;emploi indiqu\u00e9 sur le sachet.<\/li>\n<li>Faire cuire le saumon au court bouillon.<\/li>\n<li>Emietter le saumon en enlevant bien toutes les arr\u00eates.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer le saumon avec le vinaigre, le sel, le poivre et le persil hach\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche battue et la gel\u00e9e ti\u00e8de en remuant doucement.<\/li>\n<li>Verser cette pr\u00e9paration dans un moule \u00e0 cake anti adh\u00e9sif l\u00e9g\u00e8rement huil\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur au moins 8 heures.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9senter tranch\u00e9 (1cm) sur un lit de salade, d\u00e9corer avec quelques tomates cerise et une branche d&rsquo;aneth.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Id\u00e9ale pour l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9, elle rafra\u00eechira tous vos convives.
