C&rsquo;est de la balle!<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<p>20 min<\/p>\n<h3>Cuisson<\/h3>\n<p> 1h40<\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<p>Pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 kg de pommes de terre<\/li>\n<li>500 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<li>noix de muscade<\/li>\n<li>ail<\/li>\n<li>sel, poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Pelez les pommes de terre et coupez-les en tranches de faible \u00e9paisseur (environ 2 mm) \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une mandoline ou d&rsquo;un robot m\u00e9nager.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 thermostat 7<\/li>\n<li>Frottez un plat \u00e0 four avec l&rsquo;ail.<\/li>\n<li>Etalez les pommes de terre dans le plat \u00e0 four couche apr\u00e8s couche que vous salerez et saupoudrerez de muscade et de poivre.<\/li>\n<li>Versez enfin la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les pommes de terre baignent ou presque dedans.<\/li>\n<li>Enfournez et laissez cuire pendant 1h30 \u00e0 2h00.
