{"id":84,"date":"2009-03-21T16:26:12","date_gmt":"2009-03-21T15:26:12","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2016-01-10T19:24:41","modified_gmt":"2016-01-10T18:24:41","slug":"ailes-de-raie-sauce-aux-capres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/?p=84","title":{"rendered":"Ailes de raie, sauce aux c\u00e2pres"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Id\u00e9al pour le r\u00e9gime&#8230; sauf la sauce&#8230;<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<p>pour 4 personnes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 ailes de raie (d\u00e9congel\u00e9es)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 verre de vinaigre<\/li>\n<li>2 jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs<\/li>\n<li>100g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 jus de citron<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de c\u00e2pres<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de moutarde de Dijon<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de persil hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>faites cuire les ailes de raie (pr\u00e9alablement d\u00e9congel\u00e9es si besoin) 10 min dans l&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e vinaigr\u00e9e Maintenez dans l&rsquo;eau de cuisson.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant ce temps dans une petite casserole, versez une cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau, une pinc\u00e9e de poivre. Chauffez 1min environ. Placez la casserole au bain-marie.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez les jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs, puis le beurre en petits morceaux et remuer.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langez jus de citron et moutarde \u00e0 la sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Egouttez les ailes de raie, les mettre sur un plat napp\u00e9es de sauce. Parsemez de c\u00e2pres et de persil hach\u00e9.
