{"id":847,"date":"2019-11-11T16:44:08","date_gmt":"2019-11-11T15:44:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/?p=847"},"modified":"2019-11-11T16:44:08","modified_gmt":"2019-11-11T15:44:08","slug":"crumble-de-potimarron-au-chorizo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/?p=847","title":{"rendered":"Crumble de potimarron au chorizo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Un plat haut en couleur, \u00e9pic\u00e9 et croustillant : pour les longues soir\u00e9es d&rsquo;hiver&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>800g de potimarron \u00e9pluch\u00e9 (pendre un potimarron de 1,2kg \u00e0 1,3kg)<\/li><li>2 grosses carottes (ou \u00e9ventuellement 1 panais \u00e0 la place d&rsquo;une des carottes)<\/li><li>1 blanc de poireau<\/li><li>1 gros oignon<\/li><li>2 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/li><li>100 \u00e0 150g de chorizo en tranches<\/li><li>2 c.s. d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li><li>sel<\/li><li>Pour le crumble :<ul><li>100g de flocons d&rsquo;avoine (ou flocons de sarrasin pour moins de gluten)<\/li><li>100g de farine (ou farine de petit \u00e9peautre pour moins de gluten)<\/li><li>100g de beurre<\/li><li>75g de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li><li>50g de graines m\u00e9lang\u00e9es (graines de courge, tournesol, lin, s\u00e9same)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00c9plucher les l\u00e9gumes : couper le potimarron en d\u00e9s, \u00e9mincer les carottes et le poireau, hacher l&rsquo;oignon.<\/li><li>Enlever la peau du chorizo et le d\u00e9couper en tranches<\/li><li>Faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon avec l&rsquo;huile 5min, puis ajouter le poireau et le chorizo encore 5min<\/li><li>Ajouter le potimarron, les carottes, saler et laisser cuire \u00e0 couvert environ 20min jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient tendres<\/li><li>Ajouter l&rsquo;ail press\u00e9<\/li><li>Pendant la cuisson, pr\u00e9parer le crumble en r\u00e9unissant dans un saladier la farine, les flocons, le parmesan et les graines.  Y ajouter le beurre en petits morceaux et travailler du bout des doigts jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange grumeleux mais homog\u00e8ne.<\/li><li>R\u00e9partir les l\u00e9gumes dans un plat \u00e0 gratin (en \u00e9liminant \u00e9ventuellement l&rsquo;exc\u00e9dent de jus de cuisson si c&rsquo;est du potiron et non du potimarron).
