Une fra\u00eecheur et un go\u00fbt acidul\u00e9 sans pareils.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<p>pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1,5 kg de tomates<\/li>\n<li>1 poivron vert<\/li>\n<li>1 oignon<\/li>\n<li>1 concombre<\/li>\n<li>1 gousse d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 C \u00e0 S de gros sel<\/li>\n<li>5 tranches de pain rassis<\/li>\n<li>2 C \u00e0 C de vinaigre<\/li>\n<li>4 C \u00e0 S d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olives<\/li>\n<li>75 cl d&rsquo;eau glac\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 concombre<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 poivron<\/li>\n<li>2 tomates m\u00fbres<\/li>\n<li>2 tranches de pain<\/li>\n<li>sel<\/li>\n<li>huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Dans un mortier, piler l&rsquo;ail avec la demi-cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de gros sel, r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>Couper en d\u00e9s le pain sans la cro\u00fbte et le faire tremper 15 minutes dans l&rsquo;eau.<\/li>\n<li>Puis essorer et mettre dans le bol d&rsquo;un mixer, ajouter l&rsquo;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9, avec le sel et le vinaigre r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 consistance homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporer l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olives peu \u00e0 peu, puis ajouter les tomates, l&rsquo;oignon, le concombre, et le poivron pel\u00e9 \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9 et coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s, mixer les ingr\u00e9dients jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une pur\u00e9e homog\u00e8ne, mettre dans une terrine et placer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer la garniture, \u00e9p\u00e9piner le demi concombre et le demi poivron, ainsi que les 2 tomates, Couper les 2 tranches de pain en d\u00e9s, et faire griller les cro\u00fbtons dans la po\u00eale.<\/li>\n<li>Sortir le Gazpacho peu avant de servir.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter l&rsquo;eau glac\u00e9e, go\u00fbter pour rectifier si n\u00e9cessaire le sel et la quantit\u00e9 de vinaigre.<\/li>\n<li>Servir glac\u00e9 dans des bols avec un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le go\u00fbt de la soupe des vacances par une belle journ\u00e9e ensoleill\u00e9e.
