Le plus important \u00e9tant que le chou doit \u00eatre assez sal\u00e9 pour pouvoir fermenter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 chou chinois<\/li><li>4 cs. de gros sel<\/li><li>3 cives \u00e9minc\u00e9es<\/li><li>5 gousses d&rsquo;ail press\u00e9es<\/li><li>3-4 cm de gingembre r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li><li>30g de gochugaru (poudre de piment cor\u00e9en)<\/li><li>100 ml d&rsquo;eau<\/li><li>25g de farine de riz gluant<\/li><li>3 cs. de jus de pomme (ou 1\/2 pomme mix\u00e9e)<\/li><li>2-3 cs. de nuoc mam<\/li><li>2 cs. de sauce soja<\/li><li>1 cc. de sucre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Couper le chou en morceaux pas trop petits, de la taille d&rsquo;une bouch\u00e9e. M\u00e9langer avec le gros sel et laisser d\u00e9gorger le chou pendant environ 3h (pas plus de 4h sinon le chou est beaucoup trop sal\u00e9). M\u00e9langer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/li><li>En attendant, faire bouillir l&rsquo;eau. Ajouter la farine de riz gluant hors du feu et bien m\u00e9langer. Ajouter ensuite le reste des ingr\u00e9dients.<\/li><li>Rincer et essorer le chou. M\u00e9langer la sauce et le chou \u00e0 la main, en faisant attention que tous les morceaux de chou soient enrob\u00e9s de sauce.<\/li><li>\u00c9bouillanter les bocaux et les remplir de kimchi et bien tasser. Surtout, ne pas trop les remplir ! Aux 2\/3 maximum !
