{"id":99,"date":"2013-12-30T15:24:10","date_gmt":"2013-12-30T14:24:10","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2017-12-27T22:18:20","modified_gmt":"2017-12-27T21:18:20","slug":"oeufs-au-lait-yahourtiere-seb-multi-delices","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dafrenchcooking.fr\/?p=99","title":{"rendered":"Oeufs au lait (yaourti\u00e8re Seb Multi-d\u00e9lices)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les oeufs au lait, le petit dessert dont on a souvent des souvenirs depuis la plus tendre enfance, \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser aujourd&rsquo;hui avec une yaourti\u00e8re.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<p>Pour 12 pots<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1,2 litre de lait<\/li>\n<li>50g de sucre (initialement 120g!)<\/li>\n<li>5 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>caramel liquide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Mettre le lait \u00e0 bouillir dans une casserole avec le sucre et la vanille.<\/li>\n<li>Battre les oeufs en omelette puis verser le lait chaud dessus sans cesser de remuer.<\/li>\n<li>Verser un peu de caramel liquide au fond de chaque pot.<\/li>\n<li>Verser dans les pots, remplir le r\u00e9servoir de la multi-d\u00e9lices et cuire 40 minutes, position 3<\/li>\n<li>Laisser refroidir puis mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur quelques heures<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les oeufs au lait, le petit dessert dont on a souvent des souvenirs depuis la plus tendre enfance, \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser aujourd&rsquo;hui avec une yaourti\u00e8re.
